A young schoolteacher from Naples, FL received a grant from where he was teaching to go to Arusha, Tanzania and teach HIV/AIDS education. His name is Ryan Jobe, and he spent a summer in both Tanzania and Kenya teaching about HIV, math, and basketball – his story is a great example of how a grant can make a positive impact on the world – in this case, an impact on both his students in America and those in Africa.
